The Bachelor of Arts in Humanities is uncomplicated in its structure, allowing you great flexibility in coursework. Art can be used as a concentration in the Humanities degree, which will show on your diploma and transcript. The degree requires eight courses in art, plus five courses in a secondary discipline, for a total of 39 credits. Students from any major may take art courses as electives. These courses can compliment your area of study and provide a rich undergraduate experience. We ask our students to take risks and embrace open-ended inquiry, leading to a deeper understanding of the world.

Courses offered at the art studios include: drawing, painting, sculpture, photography, printmaking, 2D design, 3D design ;and a variety of art history courses.
